History/Background: 

SAUMAN CHEMAUX Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1987, by our current Chairman, Dr. Deepak J. Keni (Ph.D in the field of Textile Engineering), with a strong technical background and vast professional experience of multinational organization with Swadeshi Heart.  

The company expanded steadily year after year, adding equipment, products and goodwill to its name. The company’s motto is - SUCCESS THROUGH GROWTH and GOODWILL. 

Sauman Chemuax has earned ample goodwill; Goodwill of its customers, its suppliers, its employees and all those associated with it. ‘Devotion to quality’, ‘Dedication to customer satisfaction’ and ‘Sincerity of purpose’ saw the company rapidly expand its customer base and the promoters' vision was translated into reality. Our products are widely accepted in the domestic as well as international industry due to their high quality, performance and reliability.

Team: 

Our Sauman Chemaux team consists of highly qualified Technocrats. It is lead by our Chairman, Dr. Deepak J. Keni, who is an alumnus of the prestigious U.D.C.T., Mumbai and University of Leeds, UK. Our R&D is managed by Mr. B. M. Khare, who also is an alumnus of the prestigious U.D.C.T., Mumbai. Our Marketing & Technical Services are managed by Mr. Anil Chawla, who is a qualified professional engineer. Our entire team has extensive industrial experience, not only in India but also in other countries. Apart from the above mentioned our team also consists of highly competent members like Mr. Vijay Paul (Administrative head) and Mr. Sanjay Kurale (Production head & Laboratory in Charge). Our team has recently been joined by Mr. Saurabh Keni with an M.S in Mechanical Engineering from U.S.A and a few years of industry experience. The actual wealth and strength of our company and our company’s success is due to our invaluable team.

Infrastructure: 

Our manufacturing plant is equipped with up-to-date and state-of-the-art machinery. We have a wide array of reactor vessels and mixing vessels in our manufacturing facility. All the reactors are equipped with steam heating arrangement, stirrers/agitators, digital temperature and pressure monitoring, condenser column, etc. Apart from these our facility also has fully automatic steam boilers, cooling towers, water treatment facilities, etc. 

Our R&D facility has a sophisticated, contemporary, state-of-the-art laboratory, which is fully equipped with most up-to-date equipment. Laboratory has a Trial Assembly Unit (1 Ltr.) and instruments like GLC (Gas Liquid Chromatograph). We also have a Pilot plant of 35 Ltrs. capacity at our R&D facility for new product development. This pilot plant has the same arrangements as all our regular reactors.

A customer-driven R&D Lab manned by committed experts regularly generates revolutionary new ideas and concepts. Our innovation, research and development is carried out under the able guidance of our chairman, Dr. Deepak J. Keni, who has acquired his Ph.D from Leeds University, UK, and Engineering degree from UDCT, Mumbai, along with our R&D head, Mr. Khare, who has done his Masters in Chemical Engineering from UDCT (Mumbai), has extensive experience in a wide range of chemical industries. Our technical team is always in close touch with customers and takes pride and happiness in quickly translating their ideas into actual products. We believe in continual growth through research and innovation.
